1928/29 Ford Model A Closed Cab pickup. Truck is a mostly compete roller, ready for restoration or build a hot rod. Cab is in pretty good shape, minimal rust on the lower cowl sides, has some pin holes on cab corners and some rust in the seat riser. I have another rust free seat riser to go with it. Passenger door will need patch panels on the bottom, drivers door is very solid. All fenders and running boards are very solid. Bed is in decent shape, just surface rusted. New top wood has been installed, will need new cab wood. Doors have functional latches and open and close reasonably well. Only sheet metal that is missing are the door garnish moldings, I'm still trying to find those (can be bought new reproduction).

Truck is all original Henry Ford steel except for the splash aprons, they are old reproductions. Axles are stock model A with hydraulic brake drums and backing plates. Rear axle will need rebuild. I do not have a steering column for this truck. Truck currently has no engine or transmission, I do have an early v8 trans in good shape and either a 327 Chevy or 59a Ford flathead that could be included for the right price. Both engines are complete and not froze up, but need rebuild. I also have the adapter for the Chevy v8 to early ford v8 trans. Tires and wheels pictured are rollers and not included, but could be bought for the right price. Frame is a stock model A in decent shape, front cross member has been trimmed. Truck comes with current plates and I have title in my name using original 1929 Ford frame number. I have other parts that can be included depending on price.

This is a builder, but a very solid start to a nice truck or hot rod / rat rod. Asking $4000 OBO without engine/trans. Call 408 439-3106 if interested.
