Default Need help from a 1940 Mercury owner please

Hi,


I posted the thread below to get the measurements of the glove box clock opening on a 1940 Mercury. Please help me with the opening dimensions.

I cant help you with dimensions but I remember a fellow that was fabricating ribbed plastic fascia pieces for sale. This was a long time ago. I don't know how accurate they are. He may still be around though. The EFV8 club site is another good place to enquire. I don't know how many 40 Merc guys we have on here.

Measurements on a clock hole on a '40 Mercury is 2 1/2" tall and 3 5/8" wide.
