Hi SHEC,
I have Peter's book, but it doesn't say #2.
It has some great old picture.
What page number is your car pictured?
I like black cars best, but my opinion is to stay with your Dad's color.
Regards, Neil

As long as it does not include candy!

For Neil in CA.

"Annie" is pictured on page # 136 in the 2nd edition of Peter's fabulous Model A work. The book is a treasure of fun for all of us FORD folks. Thanks for the nice comments. I think I will attempt to post the old photos ( from 1930 -1958 up until 1979 when Dad painted her), and a better shot of the current colors of the coupe.

Be well -

SHEC

A freshly polished black car is beautiful ! The trouble is, the next day, it looks dirty, wether you drive it or not. It shows every speck of dust.
Besides, black cars hardly ever win trophies.

exactly my thoughts, but could care less about the trophies.

I dig black on black. My best friend's 29 roadster is black on black with a blue stripe and I'm jealous.

Black without question, not only original, but I have a hard time "not" looking at any car painted black.
