Default pick up bed boards

I am getting ready to replace the boards in a 40 pick up bed. I have some cypress boards that I was thinking about using. In the past I only have used oak. Has any one tried the cypress boards before or think they would work ok? Thanks for your sugestions and advice

The original wood in the pickup was either birch or maple which are close grained and pretty stable. The oak board are course grained and prone to warp. I am not sure about the cypress, but my guess is that they would be ok.
