Question non Ford info/ Brass Era

[With all the brains out there, can you help?
It was at Pinehurst Concours in 2013. Want to label some photos.
Who manufactured this Brass Era beauty. 2013 Pinehurst (25).jpg

Can't help on the make, but why does the right front tire have 5 tire valves?

I believe that you are correct. I googled 1904 caddy once you told me and this car came up. thank you, to the other I can only guess why the multi valve stems. I don't have a clue. ANYBODY KNOW?

Actually the other 4 studs are probably for balancing the wheel. You add or subtract washers as needed to get a good balance.

Those are segmented tubes with several air-tight compartments so only one section of the tire goes flat if punctured. Kind of like the water tight compartments in the Titanic!

I wonder if that worked any better than the "water tight" compartments on the Titanic?
