Large easy-out time! Soak around the remains for a few days to help free-up the plug. Heat may be needed.

now i get it, the hex broke free of the rest of the threads and rode up the porcelain.
Threads must really be rusted up, never saw this one before!
Might have to use a die grinder with a cylindrical bit to cut into the shell a little bit at 2 locations. One location might be enough. Don't worry about cutting into the head threads, it is the copper washer that does the sealing anyway.
Set that cyl. so the intake valve is open, and use a freshly cleaned (thus more powerful) vacuum to suck up the grindings at the same time you are grinding.
Then use a small punch or screwdriver between the shell and the head and a small hammer and gently pry the shell free. Once it starts to free up it will go much easier.
You will need to chase the threads if that rusted, again use the vacuum cleaner trick at the same time...do a little at a time

Mix up a 50/50 mix of ATF and Aceton and brush it around where the threads are, try a large easy out carefully AFTER wetting threads for a few days.

I have Kroil that I swear by got a free gallon at a house clearing, I have all the threads soaking and I am going to try using the big arc welder and see if I can bust the rust with heat almost the same a thawing pipes. Ground the block and put the POS on the broken plug in the head and hold it at 75 amps until hot let cool and do it again. I have used this method to remove exhaust bolts from blocks and manifolds. Going to go out to das on Thursday and look for a good head as he has a few.

Nope, the plug came out with all the porcelain, the plug hex sheared off just above the copper ring. Going to try and weld the hex back to the threads heat up the head and hope it comes out.

Talking Re: Spark Plug Sheared off

The plug base is out, there was enough metal to weld a nut to it then used heat and a bunch of whacks with the dead blow and out it came now I will chase the threads and await the new plugs and dizzy wrench.
