29 Tudor brake drum paint question
What is the best paint to use on the brake drums??
I know that drums will get hot some times so I assume that it is better to use a High Heat paint rather than the same paint that is used on the body?? Which was PPG Concept DCC9300)

Re: 29 Tudor brake drum paint question
First off, regular paint is fine. The drums won't get near hot enough to ruin regular paint, which would probably crack at 400-500 degrees. Drums won't get any hotter than the engine.
Gloss black is the color, I do not know the PPG code as I don't use that brand.

Either 9000 or 9300 will be fine.
