The green 1949-50-51 Ford Shop Manual has a section on the replacement of door panels etc. That might help.
Otherwise you could try and contact Rick Mack. He has manufactured complete wood sets for the vehicles. |

I checked Safari.......Just typed in fitting wood to 1949 Ford Woodie...Found some adds of course...Then taped video....Found a guy putting wood on a 49 Shoebox..There were more than one ...One thing he stressed was have your doors fitting ,latching ,and closing perfect before you clamp any parts on..Also have all your window ..weatherstripping trim ready....I just looked at a few of his posts not all....Hope that helps...Carl
