Re: New driver
Nice. I have been wanting a 30/31 ccpu. I was even thinking of selling or trading my 30 roadster for one.

Re: New driver
You are going to have a problem chasing fast parts with that?

Re: New driver
Beautiful. I love it. I like the color, and the patina. It looks nice, but not too nice if you know what I mean. Just like a pickup should. Enjoy it in good health! As impractical as some claim pickups and / or AA's to be based on comfort, or speed I'd love to have a pickup, or AA truck someday. It speaks to my farming roots.

Re: New driver
I think that's my nest "gotta have one". Only trouble is the one's around here are WAY too well thought of. I need a sub $10K driver.
I have a 94 F150 4x4, but it definitely NOT the same. Anyone ever put a A pu body on a modern pu frame? I know, with enough money and dynamite you can do anything... RBH

Denis, you're in Durango? Let's meet half way sometime! I'd love to see that awesome beast. 40 horses! Can it pull stumps?

Re: New driver
Question about the PU and AA...I know, same cab. How is the legroom for a 6'/265lb. guy?
I looked at a 29 streetrod here locally, but I couldn't fit between the seat and the wheel. No this Model A had a 29 cowl and windshield and doors, but some sort of other pu rear window and top had been grafted on. Fatboy in NM

Re: New driver
Not much, but you would really have to find one and sit in it. My son is 6' and weighs less than you do and would not feel like he could drive my PU. (He has tried to sit in it a time or two) Others that are 6'+have said that it's tight, but manageable. It kinda depends on where your length is.

Re: New driver
I'm 6' and 215 and it's tight, especially if your legs reach to the ground. The '29 in my avatar has been extended 6-1/2" and is a joy to drive. I have no plans to screw with the '30 CCPU, but it is certainly not as comfortable as the '29 "super cab".
