I have a 1931 pickup. The cab was originally on a 1930 AA. I'm having trouble getting the door latches to work properly. Specifically, despite the fact that I have new latches and latch rods, when I install the latch rod, the the latches will not release enough to latch the door. It's the same on both doors. Does anyone know whether the AA latches and rods were different that the regular pickup? If so, anyone know where I can find AA latches and rods? The pickup rods are a standard 12 3/4 inches long.
