I did get in touch with Bruce's Rod Shop, it seems they were having trouble with getting inquiries deliverer to them. A call did it and I have a seal on the way to me so no longer looking.

Hi,


I'm looking for a torque tube seal to keep fluid in my Columbia rear axle. Bruce's Rod Shop in Texas used to offer them. I contacted them but got no response. do you have one that you're interested in selling?
