Default Fuel leak

Can someone tell me the angle on the fuel line so I can buy a dremel stone to finish the carb inlet. Looks pitted so I want to just dress it up a smidge? Thanks RAY

not sure of the angle but the brass fitting on the fuel line usually will dig into the taper in the carb and not leak,be careful not to overtighten and crack the casting

You could take a piece of tubing with a ferrule on it and use some valve grinding compound to smooth out the seat

Another method I have used is to coat the ferrule on the fuel line with solder, the solder being soft will conform to the irregularities of the carb

doing both will most likely cure your problem

Dremel part number 911 is what you need. I could not find them in a store, but was able to purchase on line.

45 degree according to Gordon Biggar 's "Restoring Carbs the Rex Reheis way". ( pages A-7 and A-8, figure A-14) but it's not that critical- look at the brass olive it's going to take and go by that.
