Default A One of a kind Model A Ford

This is a Model A Ford Built by A retired Body Shop owner and an avid model a guy. He built this beauty out of spare parts. He started it at age 88 and finished it at age 90.

Reminds me of this, but being roadster based I like the old gentleman's version better.
I hope I'm still capable at that age but sometimes I wonder.

Looks like he may have been inspired by Gordon Behrig's (Duesenberg's chief designer) custom-built Drop Head Coupe (Cabriolet), which he had off-duty Duesenberg workers build for him in 1931.

The lower part of the body was from a sedan he cut down, he formed the body to his specs. He is an amazing metal worker.
He even hand formed the dual horns. He did all the paint work too. He is my goto man for parts also.
