It might be nice to ask for clarification of the question.
On my 1930 Coupe there is nothing called a finger pull.
What body style do you have?

They are used to help pull the wind closed.

Found them on Bratton's site, part # 28380, but have never seen them in use.
Try calling Bratton's.

Judging standards might specify the proper location. Just a thought.

I have never seen them for closed cars. The ones for the 1928-29 open cars
were shorter than the 1930-31 style. Looks like the vendors only sell
the later style.

I believe that your open car windshield will have holes in the proper place on the bottom frame of the windshield. I also think they were painted, not bright.

1928-29 ones made of iron were painted starting in late 1929 some were made of brass and plated. 1930-31 were plated.

on my original 30 phaeton windshield they are 21.5 inches apart and 11.25 inches from the outside. On my 31 roadster with a repo windshield they are 22.5 inches apart and 10.75 inches from the outside. They are as high as possible without drilling into the window channel. Hope this helps after the jokes provided.

On my 31 roadster with an original windshield, the finger pulls are located 11" from each end 22 1/4" apart on the lower frame.

My 30 170B delux has them on all four doors. I saw replacements in Bratton's catalog
