Unhappy Little Dearborn

I have been trying to reach "Little Dearborn" Antique Auto Parts all day by phone today and tried multiple times to communicate with them via their on-line links. Nothing works.
Does anyone know if they are still an active business?? If so, any "contact" info??
Thank you.

I also have tried several times over the past 3 weeks but have not been able to contact them. Their voice mail is full also.

Thanks Lanny. Problem is even when they're open, they cannot be reached. They don't answer their phone, their message box is full, their email and order form links don't work.
Thank you "Ford Barn"!! @ 79, Long time since I have been called "A Junior"!!

Sounds like Little Dearborn has the same procedure as Howell's Sheet Metal which was a subject of complaints on this forum awhile back. How do places like this even exist if they don't have any customer service? If I operated my business like that we wouldn't be in business!

Little Dearborn used to be active on eBay
Actually I thought they closed but that’s not very authoritative

first, its difficult right now trying to find someone who wants to work...... then starting salary is 40k. many of these smaller businesses cant afford to pay that- end result. close down..... Bergs is another thread on this.....

not going to be getting better either.

What ever happened to the business owner doing the work instead of waiting on others to do the job..
I'm not going to pay high wages if no one wants to do the job. You put in a fair amount of hours each day, and customers will have to wait. I give the best I have while I am there, but not my whole life. I've been in business for myself for 50 years. I know all the problems and complaints. These are strange times. Just hang in there and things will get better i hope.

I don't think it's a matter of not wanting to work,it is more a matter of,why do I want to do this for $XX per hour, when I can do something else for $XXX per hour.I'm going to fill in driving for a friend that lost his driver. He has gone to work in a warehouse as an inventory specialist, for $34.per hour.He was only getting $28.per hour driving a dump truck. He is going to walk lots of miles, part of his job will be verifying physical inventory against what the computer says. The button pushing jobs here are outnumbering the blacksmithing type jobs.

Wow!! Sorry, I didn't mean to "Open a can of worms". It IS, however, very frustrating right now trying to do business with ANYONE it seems. The bigger businesses all seem to "outsource" at least half of what it takes for them to complete a sale. The result of all those "layers" of performance that gets created typically is FAILURE somewhere along the chain. Guess who ends up spending copious amounts of time investigating while trying to determine where my purchase/business "died/got corrupted/failed/or otherwise just didn't work and I seem to be the only one who is aware of that fact. ;o( Appears to this "old junior member" that while we (the US) has gone "higher education or YOU LOSE", "common sense" has been the biggest price of all that "complex learning". The absense of all that common sense, I believe, is the biggest driver in all issues that have been discussed. FWIW ??

It says on the website they are in the process of moving. My buddy was helping them and had tons of inventory to sort thru and lots of nos. A small family owned business. So small business owners wear many hats ,packer, mover ,sorter ,inventory ,phone internet sales and janitorial cleaner .
Pappabob what parts do you need as many of the members here have extras including myself.
