Body height on a 32
I have a stock 32 frame. I bought a Brookville roadster. Put some sticky one body webbing on the frame rail and bolted the body down with shimming to get the doors to work properly. So far so good. Now I am making floor boards and noticed the the top of the K member is pretty much flush with the top of the floor board.
Not sure if the floor board is to be relieved or cut out completely with a sheet metal cover I would like it close but this after all is a reproduction car with a 59AB block and 39 transmission. |

Vulture is correct; there are a lot of relieved areas. I made my set years ago using a radial arm saw and a dado blade. It was a fun project.
I have a set of drawings of the boards that I can scan and send you if you want them. PM me if you do. But I’d guess you could google “1932 Ford floorboard drawings” and you’d get something. Bruce |

Re: Body height on a 32
I just checked Roy Nacewicz page and couldn't find the floorboards listed in the latest catalog. They were there a couple of years ago. I would contact him.
