Im hoping someone can walk me through loading a custom avatar. Any help is appreciated !

Tap User CP at the top of the page and then go down the list on the left side of the page and tap edit avatar.

And be sure to have a picture available on your phone or computer to select from. Just play with it, you will figure it out.

Did you use option 2 where it wants you to choose a picture from your device? Might also need to reset the fields or download the picture.

Good Morning,
When I try to down load the photo I get the message "Invalid File". ??
Maybe the file size is too large, although I have tried to make the file smaller!
Possibly the file extension is not being accepted ? My file extension is .eml ?? How do I change that to an extension that is accepted ??

I don't know what application you are using but most have a "Save As" option where you can change the file type. If that application does not have this option, try opening it up in another application. Without looking, I would say the site is most likely looking for .pdf or .jpg.
