Default Measurement needed

Hello gang, I will be doing some retrofitting my Brassworks radiator. My hood never really fit as it should with OR without the Brassworks. Months ago I realized the radiator bottom strap was riding on top of the crank bearing. I busted my butt to raise it only to gain enough to put a hacksaw blade thickness. Anyway I'm doing major stuff on the front to get ready for The NW regional meet. My frame is OK and it is necessary to raise the rad to get the rear of the hood moved forward. SOOOO before I start I was just curious as to what the measurement should be from that bottom rad strap to the top of the crank bearing. Cheers, TB
