'56 Ford car Hi and Lo tone Sparton horns (also fit some later models), 12-volt. These do work when connected to a 12-volt car battery. They have been cleaned on the outside, primered and painted with new black enamel. These come with the original brass screws in excellent condition and new star washers. The power terminals have been ground down to bare metal and acid etched for protection against rust. There is a set of original mounting nuts and star-washers for both of the horns, and they have been cleaned to bare metal and acid etched for rust protection. I am also offering horn mounting brackets for these that fit '55/56 Ford full-size cars. I have both types, V8 or 6-cyl brackets. The brackets are sold in matching pairs separately for an additional $2.00. BTW, Macs is selling repro 12-volt horns for the late '50's Fords for $69.95/pair and theirs don't look like the originals. Buy mine for $40.00/pair and save $$$.
