'40 bumper jacks & handles.

I have seen photos in the '40 book of the bumper jacks & bases, but no handles. Also when I look in the green book, I can't find a part # listed on page 627 for "jack assy" for 1940 pass. The 81C 1937 Pass, 11A- is 28-37 and the 51A-17080-C is listed as 41-48. What happened to 1938-1940 ?
I have a black R&H jack & base that came in my '40 and a green Ausco-lift and base that I found. I understand they are both correct for the '40. anyone have a photo of the handle for the R&H jack ? The 78-17081 "tire iron" works in the Ausco lift, but not in the R&H. Thank you.
