If someone puts one together and 'NO ONE' can tell it from a original to a repop, who gives a rats ass... I give full credit to the person who pulled it off... It is said there's more Duzzie's now then built..but if the seller is thinking a high price based on what he has...i wish him luck..not enough there for such a price...

without documentation that it was delivered with an 66-A bed, what's for sale is an ordinary 82-B and I would consider it's value as such. If you find an original bed you could put it on and then you would have an original 66-A optioned pickup. In fact you could use any 82-B pickup and add an original bed to it and have an original 66-A optioned pickup. If you made one, I know of no information that anyone could use to say it was "put together"?? So without paper work it's impossible to prove how the truck was originally optioned. It's the bed that has added value.

You need apples and crust to make an apple pie. Remove the apples and you have crust not an apple pie.

Would you pay more for a crust because it could be an apple pie as opposed to a peach pie?
