Default Front Bumper Brace Bracket Question

I have found a nice set of model A front bender braces with an X clearly stamped on them. I have seen X and U, but not X. Can anyone provide input on whether these may be original or perhaps aftermarket? Thanks.

Can't tell if we're talking about bumper, bender, or possibly fender braces.

I've also seen the "X" on the brackets, don't know the significance of them.

Obviously a typo. Meant front bumper braces,,, and yes I have found out that X, C, and U can all be correct. Problem solved.
