Default Spartan Ahooga horn question

To connect it wire goes to center terminal between the 2 posts I would assume. Is the other screw that is exposed outside the cover for sound adjustment?
Looked on line couldn't find anything

Two wires go into the horn, they plug into separate terminals.

the screw you reference is for the adjustment of diaphragm tension.

Yes, and the two wires plug in 180 degrees apart facing each other.

The bullets on the wires slip into the clips in direction shown by the arrows.
