Not hard to install but I am not a mechanic so I shy away from that...have a friend who has four As and a 40 Tudor and he like them...by the way...he has some sweet rides..a coupe very original car, a street rod, a Tudor that has a few modern touches and and another...forgot which...he has helped me with my Family Tudor, helping me to understand the car. I so appreciate him, my fellow club members and those from the Ford Barn...so helpful.

These are pretty close with the centers removed, 'course you need to find yellow lenses. I have been working on this too, as I want reasonably period correct looking lights on my Speedster.

Oh how about these, they could be mounted to the bumper just inside of the clamps.

I must be an ornery cuss! I didn't really like them too much but all the negative comments about them make me like them more & more... maybe I'll put them on mine!

Make sure you mount one of them next to the horn so every time you honk it says Ahhhh Ugggggg Lyyyyy

Just kidding, I like the original lines of the car and would go with cowl turn signals if I ever install them. Then again, I haven't put in seat belts yet either...

If you could find a way to make them solid amber, all one color without the divider between the brake and taillights, it'd look alright. I can't say it's something that I would do, but I do appreciate the trying to be different look.

No thanks, looks bad, thats not my taste.
Front I mounted this light, between the bumpers. She attachment.

At the rear, i have the original lamps rebuilt so that everything is in a lamp. Lights and stoplight is red and turnsignal is amber.
For me this is the best solution. But that is a matter of taste, each as he wants.
Greetings Barney

I installed my cowl lights (and RH tail light) just for the express purpose of using them as turn signals.

I used a free pair of motorcycle signals on the 31 "Woody". I prefer to keep the sedan exterior close to stock and will use the cowl lamps for the turn signals.

Hair brained thought, get into the headlights and flash them! See what happens when ingesting too much diet coke, let that be a lesson.

I added turn signals to my coupe, and used the 6v lamps that fit between the bumper rails. I was test driving mine when trying to make a left turn, and young female driver passed me while my left arm was straight out while slowing down on a county road...with a double yellow line...I opted the turn signals over confusion!
