Interesting A
Not mine and yes, it's modified - looks to be shortened 4-door phaeton. The main reason for posting it is because I recall seeing pix of a similar car years ago. IIRC, that one was coach-built in Germany "back in the day". I think it had roll-up windows like a cabriolet. Anybody remember it?

Gateway Classic Cars, which has 14 showrooms aound the country, recently opened an Atlanta location and when our Third Thursday lunch group visited it last month, this modified Model A was on the premises. Had me shaking my head, I must admit.

When I was a kid there was a Model A coup that had the front end on both ends. It sat on the road going to Nixa, Mo.

It look wrong because for that style of body the rear must align with the centreline of the rear axle. see the other photos
