That appears to be a '53 (only) Truck fan, with the sealed bearing, wide belt. Pretty rare if so.

My ‘51 F1 has that wide belt fan like that
So do Ford and Mercury cars from ‘48 back a few years.
I had that exact fan assembly in the trunk of my car when it was stolen the 4th of this month. It is for a ‘46 Mercury.
When they found my car two days ago the fan was still there.

That fan is not correct for the 1942-53 Ford Truck.

Looks like some body clipped it's wings. Not so rare it will replace the oiled one pictured in #4 posting. Much less weight. JMHO
