Cool 1937 Ford Pickup question

Does anyone know the answer to this question?

Are the dimensions of a 37 Ford Passenger Car windshield frame the same as a 37 Ford pickup truck windshield frame???

Thank you and Merry Christmas!

I am no expert on this but from previous threads it looks that they are dimensionally the same from 37 to 39 both car and truck http://www.fordbarn.com/forum/showth...+39+windshield Passenger cars used chrome windshield frames and trucks had painted frames the splice was moved to provide stability from what I understand. The gaskets for closed car and Pickups are the same from 37 - 39 on Bob Drakes web site.

Regards and Merry Christmas

Brian

Here is the drawing for 37-39 windshield glass. It includes pickup and passenger car.

Don, your diagram helped me so much and I really appreciate you answering me back. I could not find a reliable source and I thought Henry was too tight to built two different frames for car and truck during 1937.
Thanks again,
Jack
