There are 11 boxes of pistons with pistons marked ford on them but I can't find those numbers on the box online anywhere.

The 01T piston is 1935-42 era, the cylinder heads are also V8 flathead 1939-48 era and also the intake manifold is V8.

the gauge says at the bottom "revs per minute in hundreds" so its an early tachometer for what i dont know. strange to me to see engine miles and the standard number drum on a tachometer. and why they would label it engine miles. could this be off a stationary generator/engine of some sort? Kind of keeping to a standard of if a car needs lubed every 500 miles so does this and this is the equivalent "miles" its been ran. Much like today on small engines and stationary engines/generators we use an hour meter to regulate when to do service. Also im not sure why else there would be 2 red lines that id assume would be where you want to keep the needle for optimal HP/torque.

The rods are Chevy 18G = 837107 33-E34, 18M = 838389 37-47,
