Default 1928-29 pickup door hinges wanted

City: santa rosa
State: ca

I am looking for the hinges for a 1929 ford truck cab.
I have the hinge halves on the cab, but none on the doors.

I think that the model T 1926-27 coupe doors are the same.

I would take either just the halves I need or a complete set.

I am not aware of anyone making these.

thanks for any help.
like on the old ford barn here is my # 707-694-8567

Here's a set from an unknown Model A. They are dimensionally the same as those on my '31 coupe, but not constructed exactly the same. No '29 Model A's are handy right now for a comparison to those on them. They're rusty, but solid. Send me a pm if interested. If these aren't what you need, a picture or description of what you want would be helpful. I have some others that are much lighter, maybe for a roadster, but haven't verified their application.

Dave, You're correct on the T door being the same except the middle and lower hinges are different in length. I know because I bought a cab one time and different colored doors came with it. I had a professional weld in bottoms on the doors and when I hung them they set out about an inch at teh bottom until I went back to my old rotten cab and pulled off the middle and bottom hinges and all was great. So beware and good luck.

I had the same problem, and solved it by making the door halves my self. got a piece of 3/16 x 2 flat, cut the pieces out to match the old door halves. Then turned down a grade 5 bolt bored it out to hinge pin dia. Then cut 2 pieces off for each hinge. then used the halves from the body as a jig I tig welded the two little peices onto the 3/16 plate, drill the holes in the plate to match the door and you have a hinge. (if you cant tig, and dont have a lathe then you have to buy beer for somebody who does lol) They work good and when all together you dont even see that half of the hinge. Not a 5min job but it worked
