Backing in driveway today felt bump in transmission reverse went out , only 150,000 on truck can’t believe this . Rolled back and has foreword no reverse , best option to have rebuilt or buy rebuilt or used ?

Here I have a shop with great reputation. It's not a chain and small town. I would try to find something like ours. Lot of electronics in newer trans. May be something simple.
