Help to identify this steering wheel
Anyone know what this steering wheel is. The rim and spokes are all wood, appears to be walnut. It has a manual slide type lock and a key lock on the back side. The hub has small ball bearings on the inside.
Only visible markings are in the end of the shaft, old style script "Ford" and a number 5. Markings on the aluminum tag on the back is no longer visible. I believe it is for a Ford "T Model" but I have asked many vendors at The Charlotte Auto Fair and no one has seen one like this. Thanks |

Re: Help to identify this steering wheel
Looks like some sort of after market locking steering wheel for a Model T Ford.
