Pickup bed strips
Does anybody make pickup bed strips with at least one end formed?
In other words, on all of the new bed strips I see, both ends are squared off..., you can see the cross-section of the bed strip at both ends. I want to lay the strips on top of the bed wood, not recessed into the wood, so I need one end formed down, so-to-speak. I suppose I could cut, weld, and pound the ends on the bed strips that I've seen, but I'd rather buy factory-made strips, if they are available. Henry |

Re: Pickup bed strips
You may be able to order them a little bit long. When I got my 32 box from Mack Hills the back end of the strips was flattened. I shortened the box and was perplexed as how to flatten the shortened strips on one end. I took them to a company with a metal sheer and it turned out that in the sheering process it flattened the end perfectly.

Re: Pickup bed strips
The stainless ones I purchased for my "A" were as Krylon32 mentions above. I think I got them from Brattons.
