I don't know that it is REQUIRED that you let him know you are sending something to him, but it certainly would be appreciated I would imagine.

I never met Skip personally, but from dealing with him by email, snail mail and over the phone he is a great guy to deal with. Awesome work, and fast turn around. He guarantees his work but does not guarantee you will not leave your ignition key in the on position when the car is not running and ruin the coil. I found that out the hard way. TWICE yet.
