Found a crack in the cylinder head.
A crack just in casting joint, probably an old freezing damage.
Has run for 6 years with no visible lekage. Maybe it has been prepared with Wondarweld! Took engine 59A apart for overhaul and found this! Not funny! / Jorgen |

Re: Found a crack in the cylinder head.
Is that a commercially available pressure test plate, or did you make it?

Re: Found a crack in the cylinder head.
is it actually a crack or is the casting pourus? If it is pourus it was probably sealed with sealer or rust from the inside. Did you clean the head ?

How much pressure do you use for the test?
