Default 31 Coupe rain gutter rubs door top.

I have a 31 coupe, the right door is rubbing on the rain gutter on the door top, about 7 inches from the front.
.
The door is in otherwise in perfect good alignment, it does not need any adjustment.
.
The rain gutter is about 1/4 inch too low at the front 7 inches. The gutter is connected to the roof edge. How can gutter be adjusted upward a little bit ?
.
The opposite end of the door clears the gutter no problem. I looked at the roof near the front, i dont see where or how to raise it up a little bit.
Anyone have experience with this problem ?
Thanks, Jerbo

My 31 coupe had this same problem before installing new top wood.
After the top wood was installed, I attached a length of baling wire over the top using the nail holes near the front header, wrapped the wire over a bar and twisted. This cinched the roof side sheetmetal upwards and away from the door top. This also closed up the gaps between front visor and roof sides that were gapped too much. Then I nailed the top sheetmetal around the perimeter nailstrip and removed the wire.
If your car has never had the top wood replaced, then it probably has some bad wood and the nails have pulled loose.
If the wood has been replaced, than possibly one side was not properly cinched back into position before it was nailed.
