Default Horn bracket

If I unbolt a head bolt to attach a horn will it be a problem with the head gasket?

No as long as the bolt is long enough to go thru the bracket and have sufficient threads to tighten.

You should drain all the water from the radiator first. Then, when retightening, loosen all the head bolts and re-torque them following the correct sequence.
