Default 33' Grill question

Morning Barners.. On a 1933 Ford does the triangular air deflector at the bottom of the grill go INSIDE the grill frame or is it mounted on the outside of the grill frame.. Thanks in advance ... Doug

Under the Grill, over the fenders like a 34 I believe.

If the grille has its original clinch nuts (D nuts) intact near the bottom, it would be extremely difficult to install the grille pan on the inside of the grille apart from the extremely high likelihood that it would not fit inside the grille without extensively reworking the pan.
