Could be a very nice 1940 Deluxe steering wheel with a little work. Biggest repair will be the center hub, loose piece and one that was repaired before plus horn cup needs to be reinstalled. Rim in very good shape, minor cracks where it joins spokes. $60.00 plus shipping. Thanks, GaryU.
