Default 16 inch tires

Got me 5 used 16 inch 35 Ford rims for my 31 ,what you guys recommend for Tires ? Have trouble with bump steer (road walk ) front end rebuilt ,very little steering wheel play ,alignment ok ,does'nt seem to be any bearing problem ,rolls freely.I was thinkin maybe narrow 19 inch tires causing this. Read where others have switched to 16 inch with improvement.Have Denhams on it now and will keep old rims w/tires if I ever want to go back.

I have used 215/70R/16 with no problems. They look about the right size for the car too. I wouldn't go more than 215 nor less than 70 though.

kp,
I did the same thing thing last yr, found a set of 16" 35 ford rims, had them sand blasted and powder coated, I also had an occ. front end shake on a bad road, not any more, I took off my new 19" firstone tires and put on 6.00-16" coker 3" w/w's, still have my 19's if ever needed, here's a pic. of mine, by the way, I really like the color of your "A".
