Have a 42 motor in a 40 Ford ,it has a cannister type oil filter ,removed the filter from cannister and it was so fouled up cant make out the model number ,but did make out wicks on it ,what is correct filter and does NAPA carry it ,Part Number ? Thanks .

thanks , I could make out last numbers 006 the 6 looked like an 8 .
