Question Model specifications, colors and interior

Hi all,

I am currently renovating a 1931 Briggs Fordor that has been my fathers since 1972. The project is not quite at the finishing level yet, but I am slowly starting to think about painting and interior. It is unclear to me if the colors it came with are the original ones. The green color is also found on the firewall, so the paint job appears to have been properly done if not original.

Does anyone know whether this color combination was originally found? Notice also the white stripes down the sides (don't know the proper english term for it )
And related I was wondering if it's possible to say which colors and finishes of the interior were relevant for this model and/or color combination?

Also, can anyone decipher the exact model specification of the car? I've gotten this far, it's a 1931 model 3-window Fordor, Briggs body style

Any help is much appreciated!
Dan
