Default 1930-31 rear body sill

Hello, on the rear body sill of a Roadster, were all drilled and tapped for rear spare carrier even if factory equipment was side mounts? And the rear under deck lid too.Or were the block off screws only used on a dealer converted car? Thank you

All Roadster bodies had the holes and 2 block off screws and a plug were used with side mounted spares.
