Default Front bumper bracket tilts downward

Have a 1930 Coupe and the front bumper tilts slightly downward because the end of the right bumper bracket where it attaches to the bumper is twisted slightly forward, causing the bumper to be leaning forward rather than perpendicular to the ground. Has anyone tried to twist the end of the bracket, and if so what was the shade tree method used?

You might try jacking it.
But I’ve always straightened them in a press
You may need to remove both so as to mirror-image the correct one to the other

Acetylene torch and a rosebud. Takes 2 minutes.

From experience, I know that straightening the bracket cold while on the car will bend the frame. Get the bracket red hot with a torch, then bend the bracket.
