Default Front Brake Noise

I adjusting my 4 brake wedges and replaced brakes rod clevises and now have some front brake grabbing? groan? chatter? noise coming from my left front on low pressure stops. Particularly bad when wheel is turned to left and brakes applied. Inspection showed good shoes and everything clean. Springs looked good. Haven't been able to fix this by readjusting wedges or rod length. Any idea? Does it mean more or less braking pressure is being applied to the LF shoes causing them to chatter?
