Re: 35 3 Window Finally Done!
Just for information you can get a California Car Cover with the Early Ford V-8 Club logo silk screened on the cover. They will put it on the front or the sides of the cover. There's a slight charge for he logo, but it looks great. I have it on all my covers. Talk with Steve Firestein at California Car Covers.

Re: 35 3 Window Finally Done!
That looks lovely, I guess I'm a little biased when it comes to '35s though. Normally I'm not keen on 3w cars but this one sits just right and looks right, it's not overdone either. Love to see some pics of the interior and the engine too.

Re: 35 3 Window Finally Done!
Hi Everyone, PeterC, Thanks very much for sharing your photos, you have every right to be tickled to death over that car! There was an awesome '36 3w at Tahoe, and I couldn't walk past it without stopping (over a period of 4 days).
I'm sure I speak for everyone that we'd love to see more of the car from every angle, even underneath! Are you thinking of driving it from Conn. to PA for the Gettysburg meet? Like the other fellas said, as long as it has steel fenders and a flathead engine it can be a part of the V8 Club's Eastern National Meet. There are Touring A (a little more modified) and Touring (very slightly modified) classes (voting by people registered), as well as the point judged classes. An owner can select the class they want, but there are guidelines in the membership directory. With the change in brakes, maybe the Touring A would be the right class? Also, for others reading, there will be a Display class at this show that will even allow period Hot Rods (even those with bow-tie engine swaps ). Some of the display cars will win awards! So, if anyone knows of a car that would fit, encourage them to show up! -VT/JeffH |

Dick Spadaro has an ad with contact info on the home page here. It might be easier to locate a '35 standard painted grille in nice condition and have that chrome plated. The CW Moss '35 repro grilles are actually coming from a company in Australia or New Zealand. I have seen these grilles at car shows here in the states and they do look nice.

Re: 35 3 Window Finally Done!
Coupe has stock ford springs which were then treated to reversed eyes - then the original front axle was dropped 2 inches - that combined with the big/little tire combo yields the result.
