Default Air cleaners for duel carbs

Two 97's in a 32 roadster. What air cleaners breath the best.

Supper. Plenty of room for two single air cleaners

The best breathing ones are K & N.
They are the highest price also.

Whatever breathe best. I made my own, even have small velocity stacks inside.

I'm running these. They are from O'Brien Truckers and they have many other models available.

What I like about them is they sort of have built in velocity stacks, and they also work as silencers, so you don't hear that sucking noise.

I am running these, they in addition to the wire mesh have a foam insert and a 1/4 X 1/4 mesh screen between the foam and the carb to keep it from getting sucked in.
I know some will say they are facing the wrong way. But after watching hours of "Fixer Upper" with my wife I "felt" that the engine red color I painted inside the horns would create a nice mesh of the color pallet, hence I placed them with the opening to the front.

I went with a pair from OTB. The elements look like they could be from K&N.

OTB = Only The Best; an entirely different company.
