Very nice car!

Are the twin exhausts original? How are the one routed around the gas tank? Im curious, because my french Vedette look a lot like yours, and there is hardly any room to go around the tank. I would like the twin exhausts too!

Cheers, Christian

Shoeboxes' are my favorite cars. Every family had one (3 years)--they are entrenched in Ford history. They are one of the most often customized Fords, also...and they clean up nice too.
You might go over to shoeboxford.com and introduce yourself...slim

Nice shoebox that found a good home with an owner that appreciates their classic style and dependability..
Restored mine 20 years ago and like it as much now,as then.
Good luck

Good for you! I like finding parts for mine too. When you say "Hood Emblem", do you mean the red, white and blue plastic with chrome bezel?

Great looking car! Same color as mine. I used the Aerostar coils to drop mine 2.5" in the front. You will be real happy with it I'm sure. Drive it and enjoy it! Merry Christmas!
