Default Rumble seat back cushion connection

The seats were redone by the previous owner and I am trying to figure out how the back rumble cushion connects. Photos show what was done there is 2 hooks of sheet metal that connect to the top top slots bottom slots are 2 unused holes. Any information on how it should connect or reference to a book that would show connection would be appreciated

heres how the originals attached
the top has hooks on the metal frame they hook into the slots as you thought
the botom has two tabs with oblong holes that have a screw going through them into some D nuts in the bottom of the lid where my finger is pointing
the two holes you are pointing to are not the ones the D nuts are in the indentation

Thanks that is what I needed. It looks like he just put some padding on a piece of plywood. I will get a better look tomorrow.

Just updating this a bit. I looks like it was a cheap conversion from a trunk to a rumble as the seat base and back are just plywood covered with foam and some material. As I do not have much use for the rumble seat option I am thinking of converting back to a trunk. I looks like a just need a few parts and will have to relocate the handle hole in the lid. Planning this as a winter project.
