I had the same need maybe 15 years ago. I called one of the places that makes reproduction tailgates to see if he would put a rectangle in the press and just stamp me out the logo. Instead he sold me a piece with the script that he sells to hot rodders that is a lower front piece of a pickup bed in front of the rear fender, I'm thing of the '53-'56 trucks. They are sold as a pair, but he was willing to send just one. Now you have to figure which guy it was as I can't remember. Mark K?

Many years ago I bought a Ford script panel from Mack Hils in Moberly, MO at Mack-Products.com It is about 12 by 14 inches.
It is identical to the script used on 1935-36 tailgates. I don't know if they still sell the panels.

Sounds like what I used back then. I'll see if I can find a picture of it welded into a '54 gmc tailgate that I fitted to a narrowed '47 tonner box.

If Im not mistaken some Model Ts had stamped Ford script on the running boards? Might be cheap enough to pick on up and cut it out.
