Question 1928-30 Cutout To Terminal Box Wiring

Can an April 1930 car have the steel tube type of cutout to terminal box wiring?

You could put one on if you like , but by then the were fabric loom.

Yes, without looking it up in the Service Bulletins, I seem to recall it was late 1929 when the steel tube was dropped.

BTW, I wouldn't mind finding a good original tube for my early 29.
